Our Anvayaa Team

Anvayaa family is a term of a wide array of well trained and certified caretakers who are well informed, caring and compassionate towards their work.

We have a Centralized Sales and Support team that is 24*7 available to guide all our customers.

All our inquires are assisted and taken up by our Sales Team, who will guide the customer, solve all their queries and doubts till they come on board. Once they are on board with us, our Support Team is available for telephonic discussions service 24*7 via the office. They ensure proper customer engagement, and support them, when in need. It is finally our Care Manager, who executes all the on-ground tasks. For our registered customers, The Primary point contact for guidance and request placement of all services will be our Support team later which will be executed by our Care Managers. They are on call 24×7 and are trained in BLS (Basic Life Saving Skills) CPR, and other emergency management. Each Care Manager is trained to handle emergencies calmly but with the appropriate urgency.

Tripti is a Certified Learning & Development Manager, Certified Psychometric Analysis Professional, Certified Life Coach and a Certified Master Trainer with over 15 years of experience across industries. A Champion in helping understand customers, she heads Anvayaa’s Customer Experience team & handles the Customer Engagement Program. Passionate about elder care and dementia care, in particular, she is Certified for Understanding Dementia by the University of Tasmania

Ms Gayatri holds 4+ years of Experience in Brand Management and majorly in Franchise Development and Expansion. Her expertise in Model development and Expansion work for numerous brands contributed well to Business plan creation at Anvayaa.
